The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to food and shopping, all within about a 5-minute walk. Coles and Woolworths are also conveniently located nearby. The hotel layout is a little inconvenient. You first need to take a lift to the main lobby, which is serviced by three lifts. From the lobby reception, you then need to take another set of lifts to reach the rooms. During peak hours, this can be quite frustrating, especially with only two out of the three lifts operating. The lobby itself is nice, although there isn't a dedicated welcome water area. I booked a corner room with a balcony. The room was somewhat dated, but it was clean and generally comfortable. One thing to note is that the shower glass partition does not extend all the way across, so the bathroom can feel a little chilly when you turn off the water. Overall, the location is a major plus, particularly if you value easy access to food, shopping and supermarkets. The hotel is decent, but the lift arrangement and dated room design are areas that could be improved.

Especially located in the heart of the city, the Westfield Mall is opposite the QVB and Light Rail Station. I really like and recommend, But there are also two things that need to be improved: 1) The cold hot water system in the bathroom Water pressure and adjustment of hot water temperature control needs to be improved. 2) The comfort of the bed we ordered to improve.

It’s our second time to this hotel . Love location and staff . We requested possibility of earlier check in , which we got and even upgraded . The young staff member checking us in was very friendly and went above and beyond. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is we got 2 different answers from 2 different staff when asking about the breakfast prices . Maybe just an update training would be helpful Overall - perfect
