Booked this hotel since my regular Pullman didn’t have a room to extend my stay. The towels had hair embedded, the windows let sound in too much

Titanium guest booked directly with the hotel. Aircon was not working during winter without any other insulation options, Short staffed and not friendly at all. Always not my problem attitude ang u gotta suck it. Btw quite noisy as the window is not double glazed. Location is convenient. Overall, don’t expect anything related to service and facilities. Especially GHA member guests.

I have stayed at other Oaks before and this one is not an oaks that i know. Dirty carpets, a broken dishwasher and leaking fridge. The accommodation felt so small and on top of that there was not even a coffee table to sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee. I will surely not return and will not recommend anyone. I wish i had paid an extra bit and stayed somewhere better. It was for my 19th wedding anniversary i felt so sad after what we booked and i was also embarrased in front of my family. We travel a lot and this was by far the worse place to stay.
