Country Comfort Terrigal

My partner and I went to this pub for dinner. After waiting ages to get served for a drink then another age to get served for food a server came and told my partner that the payment did not go through. My partner showed him the payment on his app but the server insisted he pay again but if it does go through twice to just call and it will be refunded. Hah !!! The fee did go through twice, my partner called and spoke with a very rude arrogance female manager who insisted that he sent a screen shot of the account, which you can’t do then the fee will be refunded. He tried to give the card number so she could check but this was not good enough for her. He emailed a photo of the bill being paid twice but has not heard anything for last Tuesday. The worst service and experience ever.

Just stopped in for one beer and to put a bet on the footy. The cost of a pint was $17.60 I almost fell over. The same pint, at Erina is $10. The Terrigal hotel is not in Dubrovnik, it's an old fishing village pub. And the service was very mechanical.

Took a date there for lunch. We both ordered the beer battered fisn n chips .Way too much batter,was served in under tem min not good .my second bit was just reheated mush . The salad was no good ,large spannish onion chunks stuck together :(( . the chips were fabo .no wonder on a perfect Sunday the place was nearly empty. "(
