Mantra Pavillions Mirage On 1770

Although this is a new and spacious apartment I simply cannot recommend it for several reasons. There was no one in reception when we arrived at the time we advised of our arrival & this caused a problem in gaining access. There was dirty and unwashed cutlery & cups in the drawers. The shower would not turn off properly which disturbed our sleep. There were dead insects on and around the patio. The clothes dryers were rusty and stacked behind a damaged rattan style settee on the balcony. But make no mistake it is generally a nice room, unfortunately no one seems to care…..

Fantastic place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, perfect accomodation with a lovely pool . Everything operates like it should in life, slow pace, friendly people and beautiful area to explore.

Guttering falling off outdoor area. In an area known for midgies etc no fly screens on windows or doors. So unable to leave open. Aircon battery flat in Bed 1. Base (skirt) boards rotting - looks like it had been flooded. Needs 2 towels per bedroom. Unit 213. Complex outside tidy clean attractive. Unit let you down. We would go elsewhere next time.
