× (K) Karen Ho 1 review ••• a minute ago This does't even rate as a " resort ". 8 of my family stayed very recently and on check in I was told that my room wasn't ready because it was being "cleaned". As you will see in the photos the place hasn't been cleaned for a long time. When I mentioned Google reviews are important to the owner she gruffly told me they were of no consequence and could not have been more surly if she tried. Sure some rooms have lovely views but it's not worth the money. On leaving my niece was itchy and on returning home she has massive bites all over her, which she found out was Scabies ! We emailed the resort with no reply, so please do yourself a a favour and keep well away !

This was by far the worst accommodation on my trip to Australia! First apartment, very dirty, worn out and had a through door in front of which my bed would stand, I heard EVERYTHING from my neighbors and thus a sleepless night. Reception was very unfriendly and changing rooms cost me 50$ extra. I can't believe they're still capitalizing on the guests' suffering! Second apartment just as dirty and worn as the first but additionally ants and bugs in bed. I was bitten so badly that I had to go to the doctor the next day. Reception said that bugs and ants in bed in the tropics were normal and I could leave if it didn't suit me. I did that immediately, of course. Absolutely no recommendation for this accommodation!!! The Waters Edge Resort opposite is my absolute recommendation, clean, tidy and above all professional customer friendly!

We loved the views from our balcony. The kitchen had nothing to cook with apart from a microwave, toaster and jug. Nice big fridge and cutlery. Good size room and comfy bed. Bathroom was dated but was clean and worked. Air conditioning filter hadn’t been cleaned in years and luckily didn’t need to use it. Overall great location close to restaurants, pubs and sailing club, good price and friendly staff. Not recommended for elderly or disabled due to steps and hill (no lift).
