Whitsunday Organic Bed And Breakfast

We stayed in Whitsunday Moorings during our time at Airlie Beach to explore the Whitsundays. We stayed for two nights and were excited due to the array of great reviews on tripadvisor. The B&B is large with an outdoor deck with seating area overlooking the marina, giving a gorgeous view in the morning sun. Breakfast is prepared by Sandra the owner and is second to none. With fresh fruit, a delicious vanilla bean yoghurt and muesli followed by a warm breakfast made to order outdoors it gives the perfect start to the day. Sandra is very helpful with advice about the local area and kind enough to give you free laundry on site. The only downside from the B&B was sadly the cleanliness. The area is very dusty, in particular the bathroom doors, the cupboard which I wasn't keen to keep any clothes in and the floor in general. Overall many thanks to Sandra for an enjoyable stay. Will never forget that breakfast with a view!

It would be easiest to simply write"ditto" to all other guest's positive comments written about WMB&B. Can't neglect however, highlighting owner Sandra's excellent work as host. She was exceedingly friendly and generous in all ways. Her breakfasts were masterpieces in presentation and taste. She went above and beyond in helpfulness. As to the setting-it was peaceful and the harbor views were stunning and rooms more than spacious.

We stayed two nights with Sandra and Mark and wish it could have been more. Very quiet residential area and Sandra is a superb hostess; very accommodating and flexible. Beautiful view of the harbor and the pool felt great after a hot day. Beautiful breakfasts too!
