Our first ever stay at the competitively priced, comfortable and well located Heston Place Motel whilst on holiday from the UK. Everyone was helpful and accommodating, and couldn’t do enough for us, particularly as I was recovering from an eye operation from a day or so earlier. It’s great to see that there are still some really great people around. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

The stay was ok Rooms are clean but after a 20min walk from Hospital receiving not so good news we return to pick up our luggage and I need to use the bathroom but was told they had nothing to offer me ???? Bring stuck in the middle of not having a clue where the next toilet would be was quite stressing What ever happen to good old being kind and considerate to each other Would definitely not go back 😡

Absolutely disgraceful, I booked on hotels.com and on the herston place motel website it clearly stated wheelchair access to my room that i was looking at so I booked the room as I'm having surgery at rbwh the manager called me and messaged me that due to me being in a wheelchair they could not accommodate me as they dont have any rooms available with wheelchair access, which I sent the screenshot to hotels.com so I could get a refund, they refused as the manager of the motel refused refund, even though they cancelled my booking Absolutely disgusting way to treat people, stay away from this property at all costs and never use hotels.com Absolute thieves
