Firstly, the hotel is in a neighbourhood that has a persistent issue with loitering and illegal activity which made us uncomfortable leaving the hotel on foot in the evening. Also we were frequently disturbed throughout the night by loud noises, shouting, and other disruptive behaviour from non-guests loitering outside the building. The inner part of building is not enclosed so when it rains you will get wet walking from the elevator to your room. I was also met with an indifferent and unhelpful attitude from the manager Henry when I approached the front desk with a question. Also calling this a hotel is a bit of a joke as 90% of the residents are renters. it’s a place full of weird people and definitely is not safe. There are much nicer areas to stay in. But if you do stay, do not take the free bus 30 to the city. The bus stop is next to a parole office. I don't have to say more!

These apartments are in a good location, close to CBD and transport links, free parking is great and the staff at check in were friendly. Unfortunately, the positives end there. We were in a one bedroom unit. It faces the street and was extremely noisy all night There is no soundproofing at all. The air-conditioning thermostat would not work - so cooling was full on - and we froze, or off and we cooked. between the street noise the lack of temperature control, sleep for the last 4 days has been rather scant! We could not sit in the settee - it was so worn out we got a sore back in a few minutes. Cleaning was very superficial - housekeeper clearly does not see in the corners! It is the first time I have ever had to go and ask - twice - for toilet paper arriving at accommodation. In summary these apartments are very tired and badly in need of a re-fit. Many of the photos do not reflect the apartment we had. I don't like writing such a negative review - but it is only fair to warn other potential guests what to expect.

Happy to recommend these apartments. We stayed here for 11 nights and were happy with the apartment (3 bedroom/2 bathroom) and facilities. (3 adults, 2 kids) Apartment was comfortable and kitchen was sufficient for our requirements. Gym,pool and spa were great. Kids loved the pool and awesome grass area to play. Awesome places to eat nearby and 7/11 downstairs. Leisa at reception was awesome and so helpful. As was Shane. Thanks for a great stay.
