The reception is never attended, never open. Can hear the neighbors in the rooms next door. Not being able to contact or speak to anyone onsite is frustrating.

Great hotel, with great views, Room was nice, spacious with full kitchen facilitys, which was good with a longer stay, nice large shower, and secure underground parking, waliking distance to the beach, shopping mall, tram and buses, frendily staff, Can not thank Franzi on the reception desk enough for all her help. As regualer visiters to the Brisbane Gold Coast area we will defently reccommend and stay their again.
