I had a really great experience at this hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well organised. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere throughout my stay.
A special mention to Leon, the Duty Manager, who was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, attentive, and always willing to help whenever needed. His friendly attitude and great customer service really made a difference. He is a great asset to the hotel and made the experience even more enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!
