The pool was good. The apartment complex needs some serious renovation. No dishwasher even though most of the photos showed dishwashers. Kitchen cupboard doors not closing properly, black mould on the bathroom tiles. The bed was made over a dirty Matteress protector with previous guests body fluids apparent.Dont think we will be back.

The apartment was great! Very large, comfortable, with washing machine and dryer, not far from the city center, beach, airport and with some good restaurants nearby. Anyway, it was Top!

We booked a 4 night stay at Koala Court and have loved it. We had two 2 bedroom apartments that were clean, spacious and comfortable. All essentials were provided and it was enough to cover us for our stay. We arrived when the reception was closed but had received clear detail of how to access our keys and all information regarding the room. Our first day we had only meant to have a quick swim in the pool but ended up spending the entire day there because it was such a lovely space to be in. John was friendly and informative and went above and beyond offering us essentials before we knew we needed them. This was our first trip to Cairns, the apartment is a little bit further out from the main hub, but that suited us as it made it quieter. Everything is still really easy to get to though. Walking is around 20 minutes or taxi is about £10 to the centre. There are plenty of shops nearby for ease. I would highly recommend Koala Court. Communication is brilliant and a very warm welcome, with beautiful surrounds and clean accommodation.
