Cooktown Holiday Park

was not happy camp kitchen absolutly dirty fridge covered in m ould,pool overgrown with weeds and long grass,palm fronds all over the park on the ground,camp grounds overgrown with weeds,room had cracks in wall roof to floor,milk in fridge2 mths out of date have photos

The service and cleanliness of the one bedroom accommodation was excellent even though it is an older cabin. Sitting out on the front Veranda overlooking the well-maintained, beautiful natural park. The laundry facilities were very clean. And the room had everything that you needed.

All caravan parks are not equal. Cooktown Holiday Park is a standout. Well kept grounds, clean amenities and beautiful large grassy sites. Kris at reception was professional and friendly and was very helpful with things to do and places to eat. No need to visit the info centre with a very detailed pack with maps and info. Dave showed us to our site and was very helpful. The fisho van comes every afternoon with fresh seafood. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
