I have an issue that the vehicle parking ENTRY area has a combined parking entry with shops. THE ELECTRONIC KEY SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK EVEN THO THEY GAVE ME A SECOND REPLACEMENT KEY IT DID NOT BLOODY WORK. THIS IS VERY UPSETTING IF YOU INTEND TO EXIT OR ENTER MULTIPLE TIMES. The upstart at reception looked me like im a moron,, but it turned out that "they:" are the Morons she couldn'tmake it work either.. NO i would never book here again, the place is tired and NOT worth the dollars that they charge. Possibly 3 star.

Apartment was dirty and outdated, double bed mattress in main bedroom was sagging, old and in urgent need of replacement, after one night with no sleep and back pain we had to sleep in kids beds the 2nd night to get some sleep. Outdoor furniture was old and filthy dirty, lounge sofa upholstery is broken down and long past its use by date and unable to sit on. Floors in apartment were sticky and dirty, ants and insects in kitchen and apartment.

We love the location the amenities and of course the Service. We are heading back again this year 2026.. For the most relaxing warm getaway anyone could expect.
