One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Overpriced, dirty and smells of stale cigarette, TV didn't work, carpet and curtains badly stained. Showers leaked from the old silicone into the main bathroom area. They lock the BBQ, we organised during the day for it to be unlocked and they forgot to unlock it or chose not to unlock it, either way we were unable to contact them at night and were unable to cook the BBQ for our group. The furniture was due for refurbishment 20 years ago, it damaged and the lounge is in such a poor state they have a dirty throw rug loosely positioned over the top of it. The gym entrance door is broken and inaccessible. When the staff were approached about the state of the room, they offered an equally bad room. At over $300/night this place is drastically overpriced. I have stayed in backpacker hostels that are superior than this hotel. Strongly suggest you find alternate accommodation.

Stayed here for 4 nights this time, must say that in the last couple of years since staying here the appartments are in need of a good clean and renovation. Our outdoor furniture was falling apart (cane wrapped) cane was breaking off every time you sat down, air conditioning system was very noisy wifi was spasmodic at best. On a positive the staff were friendly and always had a smile.

We recently stayed at the Gladstone Central Plaza for our U18 basketball competition, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and tidy the apartment was. It was the perfect home away from home, with comfortable furnishings that made our stay enjoyable. We had a late check-in, but the process was seamless and made easy by the wonderful reception staff. They were incredibly accommodating and ensured that everything was ready for us, which took a lot of stress off our shoulders after a long day of travel. Parking was a breeze, which was a huge plus and the convenience of having easy access to our vehicles made our daily commutes to the games hassle-free. Overall, our experience at Gladstone Central Plaza was fantastic, and we would definitely stay here again for future tournaments. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!
