Breakfree Neptune

Very conveniently located for beach, shopping and dining options. Literally a 3 minute walk to the beach, diagonally across from Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, and surrounded by food/ dining options, including Toms downstairs which was great for breakfast/ lunch and coffee. Staff friendly and helpful, free secure parking and the building itself felt safe, I would stay here again.

Dated decor, noisy and when I asked for my $200 deposit back after 8 days (i had to call twice), I was told I had to call my bank and ask for it to be released. Plenty of good options in Broadbeach - this is not one...............................

Lying Staff untrustworthy will try anything to rip you off. It is on an extremely busy loud highway unable to sleep, seems police on the Gold Coast don't car about modified muffets. Motor cars and bikes. The staff are unfriendly and will take your money. Place is old and dirty.
