Mantra Bel Air

Room was fine. Nothing stand out about it, but ok and clean. Location is obviously the best thing about this place, though with the construction happening right outside our balcony, I would say that will ruin the ocean view down the track. Disappointed that we only had two towels, and you had to pay if you wanted pool towels. So went to use the dryer, except it wasn't working. Also, couldn't get the fan to work either. Worst thing by far was the bed. It was so hard, it was like a torture chamber. My son ended up sleeping on the couch, and we actually left early so we could get sleep at home.

We used to go here all the time unfortunately no more lodged serval complaints with reception including photos about the cleanliness of the rooms eg mould in frying pan dirty dishes in cupboards carpets not vacuum mould on washing machine door edges Rooms were changed due to construction noise. Reception even took copy of photos and complaint NO correspondence at all no email phone call nothing poor management

Awful over priced dirty and unsafe. Terrible communication. Avoid at all costs.
