Stayed in a 1 bedroom superior.sorry a bucket of paint (and that was not done well) and a few nice pictures does not make superior. The tiles on the floors were cracked and chipped.Kitchen and bathroom original. The appartments face the south so get no sun to cold to sit on the balcony. If you have mobility issues to far from the main street and Surf club.Would not stay again will go back to Landmark

This is a super apartment. Groung floor, huge balcony & street access from balcony. Great equipped kitchen, pod coffee machine and some basic things like cling wrap, foil, salt & pepoer, spray oil. It is in a fantastic location, quiet, many restaurants , pub, surf club, cafes and beach in walking distance. The only negative, you need a small car for the parking space, otherwise park out front or in visiting spaces. Management, lovely! We'll be booking again next year.

We booked a Superior 1 BR apartment for 3 nights directly with Excellsior. The apartment was moden and very well equipped with a comfortable bed and furnished and decorated with good quality and tasteful furniture and ornaments. The bathroom was spacious and included a washer and dryer which were a bit squeezed into the space, but who cares. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with appliances, utensils and cutlery and had plenty of detergent, even Alfoil, film, salt, pepper and generous tea and coffee. Everything was lovely and clean. The staff were very welcoming and we enjoyed the quiet location and lovely views of the river and footbridge which was even better at night due to the colourful lighting on the Bridge. The beach at Mooloolabah was exactly 10 minutes fairly brisk walk back to the room itself. The wharf area is about the same and Coles slightly further. We will be very happy to stay here again.
