Nautilus Resort

Fabulous! We were arriving outside hours so I had arranged a late check-in. Unfortunately there was a wee bit of a hiccup with this but the Duty Manager sorted this for us and was so apologetic - it was the beginning of a great relationship with the fabulous staff. We had booked a one-bedroom unit with rooftop access and it was great. We had fabulous weather which of course added to it, but honestly we couldn't fault anything about the property and the staff were a big part of that. Great location - so easy to get everywhere; great sun; great everthing.

Although the room was very clean it provided liquid soap & conditioner in the bathroom but NO face washer so it was very difficult to clean yourself. I was told that they weren’t provided ?! Staff were very friendly but the room number on the card holder was wrong & had been changed on the welcome letter. Other than that it was a great location!

Excellent Location, clean and spacious only downfall was that the spa and bath in the room was not able to be used & I was not made aware of this until i had entered the room & located a sign on the wall. Room 37 has a great view. Pool is a little on the small side but very lovely. Plenty of parking & will stay again
