We stayed here for 4 nights. The surprise point is that there was no cleaning staff during all days. They would at least leave us fresh towels everyday. Location is very nice, just across the beach in a 5, 10 minute walk. Also very close to the Hastings. But the rooms that once seemed to be modern and very good are now a little old. Also, it had no signs of dust being cleaned for several months! Bathroom, floor and kitchenette was ok. Also, this had the basics we needed for a short stay. Mattress was so slouchy and soft, not good, although the place is very quiet with neighbour's noises occasionally. Pool area and jetty was nice and relaxing although being so close to amazing beaches we didn't try the pool. There was also a huge lizard in there, so not for me. I had a snake visitor while reading outside... a bit if a scare, but it seems it was a friendly one!!! Anyway, Noosa itself compensates every down aspect of the hotel, but not sure if I would pick this one again. Maybe not.

Dirty, Filthy Room. We arrived at the Caribbean Noosa just after one pm. Jenny was helpful and courteous. We were put in room 7 and it was very dirty and had an awful musty smell. There were hairs, dust, dirt and food crumbs throughout the downstairs. The bathroom had mould on the ceiling and parts of the tiles. I sent Jenny a message and an email to advise the room was dirty and I’d happily pay more for a better room for our second and final night. We spent time out in the afternoon and evening but I dreaded going back to this hovel of a room, so much so I decided I didn’t want to stay here any longer and booked a new hotel for our second night in Noosa. I hadn’t heard anything back regarding the filthy room from the email and text message I had sent. The wifi was terrible here and constantly dropped out and reception in the absence of wifi is lousy for Optus.

Great spot just far enough away from the bustle and huddle of Hastings st but still easy walk to it Clean , quiet and comfortable we stayed in the deluxe loft apartment and it had all we needed. Would recommend this to couples getting away from it all
