Our family stayed here as a last minute holiday. We had a great stay. We booked three separate rooms as there were two grandparents, and two families with 2 little boys each. The rooms were very nice and clean. We loved the proximity to the beach and the main shopping area. The main pool, kids pool and the spa were enjoyed by all the family especially the little kids. The only room for improvement is the very loud banging doors ,if they were left to close themselves. The staff were very helpful.

We stayed in the “Deluxe Beachfront Loft” and were disappointed. The loft was not suitable for adults or anyone above 5 ft/150cm as you cannot stand up as the ceiling is so low!! It’s a tiny space with 2 single beds. Access to the loft is via a ladder - ridiculous!!! Dangerous for kids too as it’s possible to slip and adults have to really take it slow. Cannot put any luggage in the loft - how would you bring a bag up a ladder?? ❌ Our shower drain was blocked so it flooded every time we took a shower. Unfortunately our fridge broke down on the last day - it was sweltering hot and everything inside was spoiled. No water views but there was access to the beach. Not worth the price. The hosts, Shannon and Mark were minimally helpful. Very disappointing as it is expensive!

Great location on Hastings Street at the opposite end to the French Quarter, which we preferred as it's not quite so crowded but still conveniently located to all the shops, restaurants and the beach. Easy access with onsite parking beneath the building. Pleasant decor and a fully equipped kitchen (albeit we didn't use it given the number of food outlets in the area). You can walk from the pool area, directly on to the beach. Mark, the onsite Manager was welcoming and helpful. And we were there during the surprising earthquake, and my husband didn't even feel it, so perhaps that's a testament to the solidity of the building.
