Fantastic location and good floor plan however we stayed in Unit 9 which is quite dated, though the biggest let down was the kitchen. We paid for peak season which is not cheap, the whole lower level needed a good wipe down. The laundry room was dusty and had stains or something on the walls and cupboards that needed wiping down. The kitchen bin cavity smelt awful. Whilst there was no rubbish and the garbage bags were clean and new, it just smelt awful, maybe wet nappy’s…. I had to wash it down several times but the smell was always lingering. There was also a strange smell in the entry way if the house had been locked up all day. As we had young kids we chose to do a lot of food prep and cooking in the kitchen. Please owners spend some money and buy some decent new cutlery and carving knives that aren’t blunt! The non stick pans were so old they couldn’t be classed as non stick. Incredibly frustrating! All the coffee mugs in the pantry were dirty. Comfortable beds however broken side table drawer in 2nd bedroom. Clean pool and well kept garden and BBQ area. Our in laws stayed in Unit 6 which was nicely renovated but again the kitchen utensils were below average. We paid the same price for Unit 6 & 9 so I’d definitely request Unit 6 as it’s modern and not daggy for the same price….

Apart from having to do the administration in Noosa Heads after a long haul flight, the apartment was a delight. Clean, spacious and well-cared for. On two floors with two bathrooms. One being the laundry room as well. Aircon in most rooms. Close to supermarket. Enjoyed it.

Poor new management. We stayed here before and were impressed with the management, however this new management is so rude and misinformed. Do not book via third party websites as they have no idea how it works and which website has booked and which hasn't. Harassing phone calls making you to agree to something you should not, trying to change their payment policy even though you have already booked and agreed to certain terms and conditions. Will never book again to stay with them and will certainly inform all my friends (who stay at Noosa regularly) to steer away from these people
