The motel is on the Esplanade, opposite the beach and close to large shopping complex and RSL club, which served a very good dinner. Reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. Mainly ground floor accommodation with parking outside the door. We had a spacious ground floor unit with a separate bedroom. It had a kitchenette with regular size frig, microwave, kettle plates cups etc. Everything was very clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom had a walk-in shower, without grab rail, a good sized vanity and best of all, the toilet in a separate ventilated cubicle within the bathroom.

This was the most comfortable night sleep l have had in a motel. The family unit was exceptional clean. When l left l forgot my pillow. Management went above and beyond to return it to me. So greatful. Highly recommend.

If based on service alone, this well-located hotel would get 5 stars plus…why? First of all, we arrived way early after an overnight flight to which end the owners facilitated us with an instant check-in. Secondly, as we headed off to nearby K’Gari Island for a two-day tour, the owners very kindly stored our luggage and checked it back into our room upon our return…class service. The room itself was perfect for our needs, and again the owners couldn’t have been more helpful, including supporting us in managing our outbound flight that was cancelled at short notice. Slam dunk, 5 stars.
