Sea Temple Resort And Spa

We were very disappointed with our stay. The resort is very tired. There is dirt all around the edge of the pool and mud in the pool. The glass barrier from dining to pool are filthy. The gardens also need some TLC. Very overpriced for the experience. They present as three star for a five star price.

On check in , Tanya was at reception and although appeared to be engaged in the check in process. QUOTE " Would youse wanna free drink ? " This is unacceptable use of the English language, Unprofessional and borderline slang . Please address this issue immediately as it it does not serve a 5 Star Resort. Thanks Elenora

Nice resort, well maintained and with a great pool. Rooms are reasonable size apartment style (apart from the Studio Spa units that look small and stuck in dark corners). Significant issue with the two bedroom units is that most only have one bathroom, with the one toilet in the bathroom. We had a family of 4 adults in the room (3 females), so working around one bathroom was a significant issue. Location is about 10 minutes out of the main town, although there is a regular shuttle service at a reasonable cost. We felt the resort was struggling a little to maintain Pullman standards, particularly the thin bathroom and pool towels and the standard of room cleaning. Food was pretty good - reasonable breakfast buffet, but the dinner menu was limited - no chicken on the menu!
