Stayed with a room where 2 bedrooms of 3 were not air-conditioned in atrocious heat. Dents in walls, peeling paint, and pans that you could not use on stovetop. Halogen cooktops. Warped thin frypan. No good. No garbage bags supplied at all, but advertised as 4.5 star apartment. They need to visit actual 4.5 star accommodation to deer what is should be like. On top of that, on our way home we were called and told we damaged laundry door, with no before photo showing that this was not existing damage, and told our security deposit would not be returned. Absolutely disgusted with their attitude.

The room was spacious and functional, though a bit dated, and cleanliness could have been better — we found dirty glasses in the cupboard and greasy fingerprints in the kitchen area. The pool was clean and inviting, and the gardens beautifully maintained. Unfortunately, the reception staff, including the Manager, were rude and unhelpful on several occasions. Another guest we spoke too shared similar experiences. Overall, while the facilities were pleasant and the location close too shops, the poor service at reception overshadowed our stay. We’d recommend booking through a third party like Booking.com to avoid any direct dealings with the front desk!!

Not a great stay this time. Apartment on level 3 has pool and spa noise until 9pm. Also sound proofing in walls not great.. we could hear our neighbours stomping around early morning and late at night... not great to also hear them using the loo and having a shower. No face cloths provided. Apparently they don't do them.... odd.
