Coolamon Apartments

Stayed here years ago and was lovely so thought we would return. Wish we didn't. The room was dirty and so was the pool. The management are so rude. Our air con unit made the most hideous sound and smelt terrible. Will never return

dirty rooms, manager very rude, pool was dirty. hard to get hold of manager by phone or front desk would never stay here again, managers son running around complex, being very loud and uncontrollable waste of my money

I was disgusted by this place. The permanent residences get priority over everyone. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The owner was horrible and wouldn't give me my deposit back, her son thought it was appropriate to use my balcony as a basketball hoop, when I complained they cut my phone line! Rooms are dirty, no free items(Sugar, Tea, Coffee, Wash powder, Shampoo, Conditioner etc) Feels like a complete rip off. I was in my 20's got told that I was a schoolie and couldn't stay originally, and when i compared prices to my neighbours, I had paid triple what they had all because I was marked as a "trouble making schoolie" I was there to make a celebration holiday not to cause trouble, I was by myself too.
