We were very fortunate to get room 6 on the first floor. What a location and view. We could see whales 🐋 on the whale migration highway. The apartment was immaculate and couldn’t be faulted. So close to everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only negative is not specifically allocated parking.

Having to leave early as the bed is so uncomfortable I woke up in extreme pain, springs and very old bed. Air conditioning Dosnt flow into the main room so if you don’t like heat waking you up and feeling sick as well wouldn’t recommend for anyone able to sleep in the bed. Sleeping on a little couch with no room to move me to another room as asked on arrival - expressed not happy with the old outdated room and then to follow the horrible situation of been comfortable. Have been denied any kind of refund on been aware of all of this and leaving ahead of my check out day. Not even offered a complimentary stay to replace the nights. Repeat customer who has always been happy - so not just a bad review, other times have been comfortable enough - writing this due to no empathy on some sort of compromise in any way. Really disappointed was supposed to be a mum time free relaxing get away has turned to I’ll be feeling horrid in my body for weeks as so sore. Reached out several time to express all of this and feel the management should take care of customers who always come here and tell others to.. very upset - don’t recommend unless your getting the newest and best they apparently have in other rooms .

We were very happy with our apartment and our stay in general. Love the location close to everything. Our apartment had a great ocean view - and i think most apartments here do. The decor was nice and overall we were very comfortable. The bathroom was a little compact but you can't do much about that and was the only thing I could pick on. Would definitely stay again.
