Surfers Plaza Resort

My mum and I recently visited the Suffers Plaza Resort as part of a deal we had purchased for a day trip to Evaiya Spa. Part of that deal included free use of the pool and facilities at the resort. Thinking that we would therefore make use of this, we arrived two hours early to our appointment where we were taken to a tiny plunge pool that was so hot you couldn't swim in it, in a small hot room with no fresh air, mould all over the walls and a broken ladder which could have ended in serious injury. (Seriously this was not okay and would not pass a health and safety inspection). The sauna and toilets were also absolutely feral and unclean. As we were staying elsewhere while on holiday at the coast we left in disguist and went straight back to our apartment with our nice clean pool and spa. Another couple who were there also left after 5 mins. The worst part is when we initially looked up staying at the resort the prices were higher! (Despite the absolute filth). Would not recommend!!!!

My husband and I stayed at this place on a discoveraustralia.com trip for 8 days. We stayed in a 1 bedroom self contained apartment and we loved it! The facilities were modern and functional, the huge spa is awesome and the rooms are spacious and have a gorgeous view. A short walk from the surfers paradise esplanade it is centrally located and is a 30 minute drive from the theme parks. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend this location.

We stayed there for 3 nights really excellent view clean rooms kitchen bit dirty but don't have any issue. Perfect location when you want to visit place by walk nice beach near by and local market on some of weekdays. So it is all nice and cheap and we enjoyed all the facilities provided by resort. We love it and will be back again 👍👍👍👍
