We loved the Canopy rainforest treehouse. While certainly not high end, it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen could have been better equipped, but had most things. We really enjoyed being in the middle of no where and enjoyed all the wildlife. The snapping turtles in the water were abundant and quite scary. The brush turkey, had to be shooed away as he wanted to come in, and the coppery brush tail possum, was keen to get the last of our BBQ! We didn't see any of the 'rarer' sitings of animals but it was a lovely stay.

Loved everything about this place! Peaceful, nature galore, critters of all sorts and a memory to treasure! Noel and Emily were fabulous, friendly hosts! But our Welcoming committee at reception, the cassowaries trio was the icing on a perfect cake!!

Well enough remote to feel remote - but close enough to restaurants etc. if that is your desire. On the other hand, well equipped for self catering. As a bonus , good chance you will see cassowaries and tree kangaroos. And if it rains - so what , after all you are in a rainforest.
