My family of 5 including 3 children spent 4 nights in a 2 bedroom unit (including a fold out bed) last week as my son had a touch football tournament. Tabitha (the manager) was very helpful from the time we booked until we left the accommodation. The unit was clean, well presented and included everything to make our stay comfortable. The accommodation was in a perfect location to walk to the touch footy fields, to come back for a quick swim in the pool between games and to walk to The Strand, Coles, the best bakery (Bakehouse on Eyre), best Italian (Tony's pizza) and best Japanese restaurant (Gyo Japanese Tapas Bar) in Townsville. Honestly, the accomodation isn't 5 star in terms of its appearance but the location, quality of offering and service provided by Tabitha makes this place a great budget option for anyone wanting to stay in Townsville.
