Check in experience was dreadful. Walked with suitcase for over 1km thinking it would be a nice end to the day. Arrived to a sign that said to call reception using the phone outside the entrance and they would check me in over the phone. Not the case. No keys at the premises. Had to go back to where I started to collect keys from another venue. No apology - no offer to compensate. Really didn’t care. Rooms below average. Suggest you book elsewhere.

Staying at moment... nice area.. nice apartment.. tv only has sound on certain channels... All 7 related channels non existent... rang reception and it is a very well known issue.. Why not fixed ? You can stay at backers and get all channels. Wanted to watch son play footy... had to go to pub. If you know the issue .. fix it or let guest know

We stayed here and loved the location, size of the room, bathroom and cleanliness. However without warning the hotel has kept my security deposit for weeks and is due to fall off my credit card a month after my stay. I have emailed and not received a response. Why can this hotel take my money immediately and not return it for a month? What if I needed to access this money? It’s frustrating and has put me off staying here in the future.
