The Haus Studio Apartments

Great location for walking around Hahndorf, with convenient off-street parking in a secure area off the main road. The studio apartments look very neat externally with nice landscaping around. We have no. 14 which is dog friendly and our main reason for staying. There is plenty of space for a proper size dog although you might have to walk a bit to find a green spot for them to pee on. The word luxury is mentioned in some advertising but I think this oversells it... it's quite nice...not wow. All the main aspects are positive for this stay. There are some minor points I think they could improve on though: Coffee machine: only two pods supplied and the cups are too small so it spills over...mugs too big so you have to hold them. Wine glasses: we had two different size red glasses so ended up using two small flutes instead. TV: wall mounted but not straight with visible cables below...looks messy. Need your own subscription services. Good place to stay especially if you have a dog. Recommended!

We drove to Mount Barker Road, Hahndorf to The Studios by Manna, Ascend Hotel Collection Boutique Self-Contained Studio Apartments hidden behind the main thoroughfare of Hahndorf where we stayed for 2 nights What a perfect location with great off street free parking Our apartment was very elegant & plush & even though I rarely tend to give 5 Stars for accommodation, I think that I’ll make an exception in this case. There was only one small glitch in our stay, as there are people out there that don’t drink tea & coffee so it wouldn’t hurt your budget as a token gesture to add a couple of satchels of drinking chocolate 👍 otherwise it was a perfect stay.

The studio had great room and set up. The bed was comfortable. I was disappointed that the bathroom grout was really dirty and bathroom fan was mouldy and full of cobwebs. I didn’t like that the room didn’t have a lock or latch on the inside of the room. I didn’t feel safe .
