Basic room walking distance to Rundle Mall. *Cons- No Room Service . We were starving when we got here and the restaurant didnt open till 4pm (apparently they are open on weekdays just not the weekend) so had to venture out to find food. Once the restaurant opened we were disappointed. The food we ordered was advertised on boards as their specials and came out looking nothing like the pictures. *No Mini Bar. Only has small milk in the fridge *Car park is not in the building. You have to drive down the street and walk back. Also price not included with the price of the room. *Air con is not user friendly so we were either too hot or too cold. * Breakfast is not available till 7am so if you have an early flight or need to have brekkie early to leave for a tour etc then you could miss out. Most other hotels we have been to start brekkie at 6am *Pros-Minutes walk to Rundle Mall. *Early Check In- Was allowed to checkin earlier at 1 instead of 2 *Has a balcony- but view is of a carpark. *Reception lady was nice and welcoming. *Has large size shampoo and conditioner and body wash in shower *has basic ironing board, iron and hair dryer

Overall a pleasant stay. Prompt welcome with the bonus of a modestly early check-in around lunchtime. Room was spacious and comfortable with a King bed, couch and lounge area, plus a balcony - unexpected. Plenty of natural light, and good knock-out blinds for the mornings kept the room nice and dark. Kitchenette was basically just a sink, microwave kettle and toaster, but all we needed. I'd have loved a pod coffee machine. Breakfast (included for us) was quite tasty and freshly cooked. Loved the egg station. Negatives? It's not exactly brimming with charm and romance, but did the job as a place to sleep. The lifts are a strange set up - two lifts, two buttons. They run independently, so to get a lift to your floor you push two buttons to double your chances. Also means lifts make unnecessary stops going up and down. I understand this is a temporary issue though. All up, I'd stay again for the price I paid.

Well located, well equipped 2BR room, cool pavement evening drinks. BUT I was obliged to move rooms after my friend left a day before me unless i paid extra for one night. Rey mean. That night at 23.00 someone tried to get into my room. They had obviously been given a key by reception. I had the security lock engaged but it took me 2 hours to get back to sleep. Very unimpressive.
