Car park full of restaurants customers, no car park left for people stay in hotel . No staff care about it .. just not right.. even have a big sign on hotel resident only …. But restaurants customers...

Shower not clean, mould in tile grout, dirt and grime around shower frame and hinges, ugly toilet repairs, just not nice, no care factor. We also found hair on the carpet and sofa and the bar fridge...
