What an amazing visit we had in all aspects. Lovely room, very clean and spacious (Wilderness view) , great staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant meals were outstanding and the bar menu (food) excellent . The gallery tour was fabulous, conducted by knowledgeable staff, It even snowed on our last morning to add another highlight. Highly recommend a stay.

Great location with clean, spacious rooms. Loved having a small balcony and waking up to snow falling. The buffet breakfast was delicious and we ate at the restaurant 2 nights in a row and the food was great as was the service. The only problem I had with this hotel is the other guests. People allowing their children to run up and down the halls all hours of the day and night, people allowing their children to scream and yell all hours of the day and night. I think the hotel needs to remind guests about behaviour and quietness

We had a couple of days visiting Cradle Mountain & were lucky enough to get accommodation here. Our room was very comfortable with a beautiful view looking out into the wilderness. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. The staff were all amazing! They even have their own Art Gallery which was incredible & well worth spending some time exploring!!
