We recently had dinner here and were impressed. The lady taking the orders was exceptional she went out of her way to help with my allergy and when she asked the kitchen for some changes, they were happy to help. The food was most enjoyable and the lady who had been taking the orders came over to check all was ok. I wish I could remember her name, she is real asset to the business. Thank you, we will be back.

A wonderful evening meal with family and friends last week. Meals were excellent, quantity and quality could not be faulted. Absolutely could not recommend too highly and we will be back again for sure. Great location with views looking out over the Mersey with the sun setting, Majic. WELL DONE ARGOSY TEAM

During a recent stay in Devonport, we found the Argosy Hotel to be extremely comfortable, well located and with an upgrade, we stayed in a large modern room. A comfortable king-size bed, table and chairs, crockery and cutlery and a decent size fridge supplied. A large lounge could be converted to an extra bed for an additional guest. The clean modern bathroom featured a rain head shower, a full sized bath and plenty of bench space on the bathroom vanity. Despite its close proximity to the Port, the room was relatively quiet apart from the rumbles of passing trains.
