Very spacious and clean accommodation, very close to the town. Up a fairly steep hill thou. Undercover parking is very tight for some units. Lovely view from the balcony to take great sunset and sunrise pictures.

Don’t be put off by appearances- the building is for sale and a little neglected. There is a bit of a kerfuffle gaining entry as there is a box with a code to get the key. We had unit no 3 and it is roomy and comfortable, albeit in need of some maintenance and upkeep. It was clean, great kitchen and comfy bed. The location is great - on a steep hill but only a quick walk to my favourite restaurant - The Three Steps’; Which is a plus. Great city views from the verandas and we loved sitting there with a wine taking in the sights before tea. Some dubious activity around the front units but we were not bothered. One day we were driving by and I saw 2 people outside our unit - later when arriving back the door was open about 10 inches - a worry as we had carefully locked it before going out!!! Needless to say nothing was missing. - we take our valuables with is at all times!!! Yes, I would stay there again but currently it is not able to be booked. Perhaps the building has been sold - and hopefully being refurbished. Still very good place to stay - so handy.

Paid $175 per night because of Targa. General condition of the property poor and room dirty. No lighting outside so dangerous to enter Key pad outside worn away its difficult to determine number/letters to access keys (had to call the hotel 30 minutes after checking in as they still had not text the code that they apparently couldnt give me when I checked in face to face) So dark at the entrance, I tripped over the step I could not see entering the unit. Flicking light in the bathroom made it impossible to use. Filthy substance all over the carpet next to the bed. Missing curtains in the lounge meant that with the lights on the whole street could see into the lounge room. Very unsafe for someone travelling on their own. 4 nights - no housekeeping service however there is a threat of a $50 fee if you dont do the housekeeping yourself! Appalling.
