Olde Tudor

Had no idea of what to expect, as just chose the cheapest site to book the room. Was astounded by what we walked into, a self-contained room with a clothes washer/dryer, dishwasher, full size Microwave, a large walk-in shower recess. Room was clean & well presented. Could have stayed there for a week, easily. Walking distance from the room (5 minutes) to an IGA complex & other shopping outlet. Reception was excellent & friendly, parking was easy, highly recommended if you are looking at somewhere to stay within 15 minutes from the Airport.

We went up to the bistro to have an evening meal last night ask for a medium steak that came out nearly burnt and that tough. We couldn’t cut it so took it back up to the bar and the rude young man behind the bar, then came over with the receipt to tell me I had told him the wrong thing as I explained to him I hadn’t told him the wrong thing he put the wrong meal through apart from being overcooked. It was like stewing steak nothing like porterhouse steak. They seriously want to look what they’re selling before they put it on the menu and the price they charges out of the world as for the limp vegetables and water, soaked vegetables I got weren’t much more. I will say they bought a second meal out which I picked at because it was second grade again have a look at what you’re sending out. Have a look what people are sending back the meals are atrocious. The staff are rude. The only staff that was any good was the beautiful young lady that checked us in in the afternoon.the man in gaming should stay home if he dosent like customer service i heard the lady behind me say to her partner o no mr rude is here

Expected more from this venue. Has loads of potential; sadly unrecognized by owners/ management. Food was ordinary. Wine selection ordinary. Styling ordinary. Shape up!
