Parklake Shepparton

My husband and I frequently go here for our date night. This is the first time I have been really disappointed with my meal. I had the seafood plate and it was over cooked, the seafood was chewy and rubbery and coating was far too crunchy. The salad had been sitting for too long and salad leaves were soft and soggy and had about 4 small pieces of tomatoe that were tastless and flour texture. Really sad because normally I have a 4 star rating. I told the waitress and she was quite nonchalant about it. Hope next time we go, it is a positive experience, wont be in a hurry to return.

There were 7 of us who had dinner. All our meals were shocking. So salty you could hardly eat some of them. For the price you pay, it was the biggest waste of money. Service quite good.

We went to the Park Lake for breakfast. 2 of us ordered a buffet breakfast for $25. Other 3 guests ordered from the menu. There was a chef. A waitress and a barista/?manager. Very busy and could probably have done with a few more staff. Overall the 3 working went above and beyond to assure all were happy and the meal was amazing. Apologised for the time taken. They were always friendly and polite. We will definitely return again.
