The motel was well located near the centre of Echuca. The room was a good size, modern and clean and the bed very comfortable. Free parking outside each room.

After a huge increase in prices at Port of Echuca Mecure we tried the Pevensey Motel. The room is not large, but comfortable and the air-con worked fine on a 33o day. I had to get Prett, our host, to get Channel 7 on our TV. We collected plates and cutlery from reception. The plug for the bathroom sink didn’t lock down. That would have helped with washing up. The internet seemed down late at night but came back in the morning. There are a couple of electric car charging stations – not that any of us have one. After the first day we had a quick dip, we sat around the pool and ordered pizza from Tarantos. On another day we had our BBQ attired in Hawaiian shirts and funny hats.

We loved our stay, extremely friendly hosts. Lovely room and he even drove us to the train station. Very close to the cinema, golf and town. The motel was immaculate. Nice and quiet, the 2 bedroom unit was quite spacious and very clean. Would love to stay here again
