Mercure

Location good, room comfortable but cold and air con not working. Restaurant food good No sleep from 1.30am due to behaviour of other guest who left their adjoining room doors open and partied between their two rooms. Seemingly no security.

Clean, quiet, good location. Good communication when booking. Requested an early check in so that we could change for a wedding. Thank you Gehan for the upgrade and earlier check in, greatly appreciated. Comfortable bed and pillows, great blockout curtains. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower. Tea and coffee in room if you need it. Great stay, no complaints from us.

The hotel rooms were filthy. Some staff were unfriendly and even argued with me when I asked for a better to be checked in my room. I would NEVER come back to this hotel. So badly managed!!!
