Room not available/ready at check in time. Areas/pathways around motel littered and unswept. Dirty and unswept patio. Chairs in covered barbecue area very dirty and some broken. Litter in barbecue area. Mould on bathroom adds to general unkempt appearance. Would not recommend this motel as standards are poor.

Location was fantastic, excellent views so much potential but very run down unkept property. Reception staff pleasant, area dated. Gardens weedy, overgrown, BBQ area has leftover rubbish been there many weeks, dusty dirty. Rooms ok, bathroom could use some bleaching as mouldy, has broken redundant fittings. Very sad as looks like was once very well kept but needs alot of work to maintain minimum standard.

Do not stay here! The room smelt strongly of vomit, especially near a large stain on the carpet. There was mould throughout the bathroom and the couch was itchy to sit on. We stayed for an hour, sat on the bed and in the end has to leave because the vomit smell did not dissipate. The reverse cycle heating and cooling was not available for use and the other heater was broken. The outside camping table and chairs offered a nice spot to sit and enjoy the views, but this is the only redeeming quality of this place. It needs a serious clean and revamp. We were offered another room, but at this stage we felt really uncomfortable. We were refused a refund, even though we were leaving. The business owner told us we would be able to pursue a refund through booking.com, but then refused through the platform. I wouldn't recommend this business. I was really disappointed in this experience and it led to a long drive home.
