Very old and dated building in serious need of major renovations. The carpet looked filthy and furnishings were from the 50s-70s. Room was clean in of itself however. Spa is permanently out of order in the bathroom, and the taps on the sink failed (we reported this to management). Location wise the motel is ideal if you want to walk to the shops or supermarket. Room is huge and could be lovely if repainted, re-carpeted and refurnished. We could not justify the cost of the room to its current appearance. The management were very pleasant and helpful.

The room was lovely and clean the shower was awesome. The room and bathroom were huge. The room was neatened every day during my 6 day stay for work. Adrian was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel for any stay in Horsham.
