Misrepresented! Don’t stay here!! Dirty, extremely run down, unsafe, smells of cigarette, more like a hostel for transients.

Booked for a 2 night stay for work. After no sleep on the first night due to excessive noise, checked out first thing in the morning to stay somewhere else. Attempted to contact the motel multiple times for a refund for the second night for months after the booking and never heard a word.

bell motel melbourne google review I stayed at this motel for 4 days i found it a crappy experience & well below average overall this i give this a 0.05 star rating wasnt happy at all a lot of defect they know what the problems are & they charge a high price for a standard room this not a 3 start motel this is a 1 star motel from my experience i expected or a motel with a 3 star rating. Defects i found 1. smoke alarm goes often intervils waking me up @ night i complained and they know of the problem but say cant do anything about it and the maintenance person get so many complaints about this. 2. the bathroom fan is full of dust not maintained large chucks of dust comes out. 3. receptionist has poor english skills was hard to understand. 4. they have a kettle, microwave, plates, cutlery, cup and glasses in the room and they dont have a sink to fill up or wash dishes and there is no washing detergent why do i need to use the bathroom. 5. on arrival i was tripping over bedsheets on the stairs up the room not a very good welcome. 6. the room was staile, they dont air out the rooms for guests on arrival or if they vacant and they dont vacuum to freshen up the carpet, i had open up the windows 7. they is no bathmat for the shower have use a towel 8. the bathroom door is falling apart 9. reception doesnt even open on time if i wanted cook and i cant i would have to order in why should spend more i spend money for food if there is a microwave but they wont put cooking plate in. How do you people expect have people stay in these rooms of yours if cant maintain your room for a pleasant stay from seeing photos like this and cant have basic cooking amenities and u dont even offer breakfast. Worst 4 day stay ever, dont stay here if you want room look like this nothing to compare the photos on the website and booking websites THE CRAPPIEST 3 STAR ACCOMODATIONS NOT EVEN WORTH THE MONEY SPENT & CERTAINLY NOT A 3 STAR PLACE ITS A 0.05 STAR RATING!!!!!!
