Darling Apartments

It is true that the pictures are taken in such a way that one may be a little disappointed but the functionality and location make up for it. Our apartment was ultra clean, nothing was missing inside, super connected and with very good quality sittings, great bed and very quiet. The location is a good as it gets in Melbourne: within 2 minutes you have a dry cleaner, boutiques (including an Aesop store), bakeries, excellent Japanese restaurants, the subway and hairdressers, spa etc.. Absolutely loved it. The owners are super nice and really pro-active with whatever you might need. Will absolutely go back without even checking other places.

Although this was not our preferred location on this occasion we feel lucky that nothing else was available on this date. Our stay exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived ad were greeted by our host, Richard who even offered to help us carry our bags to our room. The room was clean, and styled in a simple and modern fashion. A small but functional kitchen with a full sized fridge, the coffee machine was a nice touch! Netflix was a real hit with the kids as was samsung tablet with the kids. Being located beside the train station made getting to and from the CBD with kids a simple task. Only down side was a group was staying above us who were a bit noisy but I don't suppose that could really be helped. It was the little things that we really liked in this place, the helpful staff, the quirky artworks and styling, and the extra touches that show they have gone the extra mile. Would stay again, thanks for having us

Just here for one night to attend a concert. The apartments are in an excellent location with plenty of public transport at hand, just around the corner from railway station and tram stop. Free wifi and a car parking space provided. Apartment itself is perhaps a little dated decor wise but clean and comfortable never the less. Large apartment and good value for money. Reception staff very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Would stay here again if the need arose.
