We had a good experience here. The after-hours check-in process was very smooth, fast, and completely hassle-free. Our cabin was of a high standard — neat, tidy, very comfortable, and featured a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. It was a great setup for our night in Melbourne. Highly recommend!

The staff were super friendly and helpful; access to the park was very easy and the grounds were clean and tidy, however there were many issues for the price we paid. - no Wifi connection 99% of the time - no TV connection 99% of the time - kettle packed up - ants - cockroaches - no recycling - place needed a good clean (brown liquid splashes both sides of the bathroom door) - the main road can be very noisy at night time - the park is on a flight path so a good amount of planes going over - the door to the smaller bedroom could only be opened and closed with the use of a shoulder - the shower dripped constantly - no powerpoints in the smaller bedroom - minimal points to charge phone

This place is in a good location for traveling around the city. The van sites are flat and spacious. I loved the bathroom because it was heated..so much so that you could walk through with bare feet and the tiles were warm! Staff were very helpful and friendly. The only negative thing about this place is that it's right underneath the airport flight path!
