Genuinely awful. Find somewhere else. What made the location and place good fit (or not) for your trip? There are so many reasons to avoid this place. It's so dirty, noisy, run down, broken and unpleasant even by cheap hostel standards. Don't go to this place.

Great location, but not clean at all. Please see photos for the piles of dust in the room and also stains and tearing on mattress. I understand it’s cheap, but so are mattress protectors. Bathrooms were pretty ordinary too with hair in the drain.

I had a great experience at MCB! This hostel is greatly located- a 3 minute walk from the sky bus station (which is exactly what you want coming from a flight!) and in the CBD. When I arrived I was really tired and wanted a nap straight away. My room wasn't ready as I was earlier than the check in time but the receptionist made sure to notify me as soon as the room was ready which I really appreciated. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They offer free breakfast 07:00-11:00 I believe? I appreciated this every day. My room was clean and so were the facilities. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it!
