Worst hotel ever in australia. I wonder how this business got authority to run. Flithiest and worst customer service. Hotel owner/manger is not refunding my deposit for no reason and I am busy in dispute, consomer authority, pay pal etc.

snzifas

i was locked out of my up to his room and he told me his name is pascal. I asked him why he wouldnt answer the phone and he RUDELY told me he has been working 40 hours a week, and that theres a new policy that noone answers the phone between 11PM AND 8AM which i know is a straight out lie. a guy that came out of one of the front rooms came out and told me he was management next thing i know HE JIMMIED HIS WAY INTO MY ROOM. clearly he wasnt management and clearly this place is not safe at all.

Self rated so not what you expect. This motel is surrounded by new units and just waiting to be purchased by a developer. Gross and uninhabitable I GOT BEDBUGS. On reporting the BEDBUGS to reception I was given a toxic can of spray to fumigate the room myself!!! I tried to report the motel to the local Health Department but no response so I can only assume the authorities have their hand in the pot
