We'd stayed at Gum Tree a few years ago and chose it again for a stay in the days just before the Folk Festival. We were amazed to find that our one-bedroom cabin was basically brand new, it looked like it had barely been stayed in! As a result, it was immaculate and the amenities all looked unused. The nice little deck out the front was good for morning and late afternoon sun too. The park's location is handy for the town, just a few minutes' drive away, and it was very quiet at night. The new cabins were incredible value for money and suited us perfectly as they're also dog-friendly so our little dog could enjoy our time here with us too.

Whilst this van park is a little out of town, it is in a lovely location and has heaps of great facilities. Our cabin was a good size and had all the amenities needed for an overnight stay, but I could see this being a great place for longer. The staff were friendly and helpful and welcomed our two pups with treats. There was also an area for them to have a run around. Highly recommend.
