I recently stayed at the Sherbourne Terrace Hotel in Shepparton for a one night stay for business The rooms are clean and comfortable and are a decent size. The bathrooms appear to be recently renovated and they are really good and sizable The Bistro meals for Dinner & Breakfast was really nice with excellent prompt service from staff that seemed to really care Heidi on reception is really professional and on the ball. After leaving the hotel she actually called me to advise there was a phone charger found in my room. It was not mine but I was impressed with that kind of service and follow up I will definitely return to this hotel well done

Stayed many time but no longer will I return. The place is very unclean and expensive. Whoever cleans needs to be replaced and trained. Food was good, bed was comfortable but that’s about all the positives.

Good spot to stay for business or a personal quick stop in Shepparton. We stayed in Unit 1 on the main road side and I thought it would be noisey but double glazing ensured it was surprisingly quiet. Room and bathroom are quite spacious and looks recently upgraded. Handy location close to shops and restaurants, although there is pub and restaurant onsite. Good value, well located.
