Lyall Hotel and Spa

Look, I could rave about this place for hours but let's just say that the only thin better than the room was the service. When you walk in you automatically feel relaxed and tranquil. The staff put you at ease and the world falls away behind you. Worth every penny! A true gem. Thanks Olivia and the crew.

The Lyall is a total gem of a hotel. Quiet, luxurious, and welcoming. We were lucky enough to be in an executive room and it was fabulous. Spacious with seperate wardrobe, both room and toilet - which is really appreciated these days when many hotels seem to think a bathroom in a bedroom space is chic. Rest assured, The Lyall knows better than this! A very short hop to Toorak road so everything is within walking distance and the room itself is wonderful. Bed’s are super comfortable and difficult to leave! Really, it’s just a fabulous place to stay. Special mention to Clara - who was so accommodating and helpful. We will make The Lyall our go to hotel when in Melbourne. 5 stars!

We stayed 3 nights at The Lyall in an Executive Room. Very spacious and immaculately maintained. All that you would expect from a larger Hotel but with a great boutique feel. Location in South Yarra is great with easy access to shops, train station and trams but far enough off Toorak Road to be nice and quiet. Had lunch in the restaurant which was very nice. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, nothing to fault and will be back again.
